We welcome speed skaters of all ages and abilities. If you are unsure which session would be the best fit for you, please send an email to: email@example.com for more information.
Beginner: 12 years and younger Intermediate / Advanced: 13 years and older, or younger skaters who can skate 500m in less than 60 seconds. Beginner Adults: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help determine the right session for you.
Groupings are determined by coaches, and reviewed on an ongoing basis.

We hold regular practices from September to March on Wednesdays and Sundays. We offer speed skating lessons for beginners to advanced, kids to adults, and recreational to competitive skaters. Our club is run (and coached) by volunteers.

We are so proud to announce that our own Head Coach, Adam Ingle, has been selected as ViaSport's Coach of the Yearin the Regional/Provincial Development Category. This award considers coaches from all sports across BC! Adam is recognized for his dedication and commitment to coaching in British Columbia. He was selected for outstanding achievement in his category and for his unique contribution to the advancement and well-being of athletes and their sport. The award recognizes contributions the coach has made to sport over a number of years. Adam was honoured at the 2018 BC Sports Hall of Fame Induction Gala. The Coach of the Year Awards were founded by the Coaches Association of BC, funded by the Bob Bearpark Foundation. The Foundation continues to support viaSport in providing recognition awards for BC coaches in the following categories: Recreational/Grassroots, Regional/Provincial Development and International.

Intermediate / Advanced: 5:25 - On ice 6:30 - Off ice
